Conditions for
participation
With the half-day positioning meeting (initial coaching), I also acquire the right to situational support from Dr. Birkendorf & Cie for a period of half a year – be it spontaneous telephone calls for upcoming decisions, or short visits to bring each other up to date. The fee for the initial coaching and the following 6 months is Euro 1.400.-. which I pay in one lump sum at the beginning of the coaching.
At the end of the six months, the support of Dr. Birkendorf & Cie. does not have to end. Rather, I can continue to insure myself, which is worth a monthly contribution of Euro 50.- or an annual contribution of Euro 500.- to me. For the entire duration of the support and thus of my membership in the Leaders Circle, I have the right to be heard and accompanied by Dr. Birkendorf & Cie. in questions concerning my career.
Should I be placed as a candidate with a client of Dr. Birkendorf & Cie at any time following the initial coaching, the fee for the initial coaching will be reimbursed to me privately. Should I, as a client of Dr. Birkendorf & Cie., at some point after the initial coaching be entrusted with an executive search assignment, a coaching, an audit or a new placement, the same amount will be credited to my fee.
